Comments allow your store’s visitors to communicate with you and each other if you activate “comments” on a post or “reviews” on a product.
Only once you approve a comment, it appears underneath your content. Simply hover over the comment and click “Approve” or select multiple comments and Bulk Edit.
Reviews are only allowed from registered customers who bought the item they are reviewing, and comments on posts can only be made by registered users.
To allow reviews on a product when adding or editing, ensure that the “Enable reviews” box is ticked in the Advanced section of the product data panel.
To allow comments on posts when adding or editing, tick the box called “Allow Comments” in the Discussion section of the toolbar on the right.
